Tip 2 Warm and comfortable, Family Photos in The Cotswolds

It can be a little chilly and sometimes damp in North France during October. Although the shoot wont be too long, I would still suggest you wear a few layers just in case so everyone is comfortable and happy.

Wear coats, they can always be removed. Knitted jumpers are great, they add texture and keep you warm.

Accessories will keep you cosy and can add colour and interest giving you a cohesive look as a family. Take a look here for a beautiful camel scarf from Zara.

Tip 3 Coordinate dont match.

Identical outfits and colours for the whole family rarely look good. You want to look like a stylish family not that your all wearing a uniform.

Pick a few colours that are flattering for everybody and have look through your wardrobes and put it altogether on the bed.

Choose a mix of plain colours, pattern and stripes and add a pop of colour such as a mustard or berry.

Tip 4 No big words or logos

Avoid large words across your clothes such as GAP, eyes will get drawn to these.

Children's character clothes with pictures and faces will do the same.

Another big No No is neon coloured clothing like on high vis and sport clothing.
